Scientific Analysis
The root cause of Noise is Metal
to Metal Contact. Since the roller are made from High
Quality Polyurathene there is no Metal to metal Contact
and therefore the problem of Noise is eliminated.
As the Roller are loaded on spring
the roller guide never loses its grip and automatically
adjusts itself to nominal bends in the rails.
The Guide Shoes are also Cost Effective
as they require no lubrication.
Since it requires no lubrication,
it solves the problems arising out of Oil & Grease
